Repair
Something has stopped working and needs putting right.
- An RCD (safety switch) that keeps tripping
- A leaking tap or a slow drain
- A serious fault out of hours — for emergencies there’s our emergency service
Small jobs are welcome too. A socket, a tap, a thermostat that needs replacing: give us a call — we’re happy to help.
We work on every building services system. The only exceptions are cold rooms, lifts and lifting equipment. See all our services.
How we work, in short
One point of contact
Electrics, plumbing, heating and cooling and home automation are all handled by us. You deal with one person, from the first visit to the finished job.
Paperwork done properly
When the job is finished you get the declaration of conformity required by Italian law (Ministerial Decree 37/2008) for every system that needs one.
On call for emergencies
For serious faults we answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for genuine emergencies only. Our emergency service covers homes, shops and residential buildings.
Since 1977
The business started in 1977 and has been LantierImpianti SNC since 2008. We know old installations as well as new ones.
