How we work

We start from what you want to achieve, not from what there is to sell. Then we deliver it in an orderly way and leave it fully documented.

From first call to handover

  1. The goal

What the system needs to do, for whom, and within which limits. We write it down together.

  2. The site visit

We look at what’s there now, take measurements and ask the right questions.

  3. The proposal

In writing, with every choice explained and options where they exist.

  4. The work

Agreed timings, a tidy site, and updates whenever something changes.

  5. Handover

Testing with you, a proper walk-through, the declaration of conformity and up-to-date drawings.

Design and responsibility

Daniele Lantieri is the company’s technical lead for electrical, electronic, heating, water, gas and fire protection systems. Below the thresholds set by art. 5(2) of Ministerial Decree 37/2008, we draw up the design ourselves. Above them, it is signed by a registered professional engineer we work with.

Safety

On site and on business premises, safety comes first. See health and safety.

What happens when you get in touch

I’m Daniele Lantieri, managing partner and technical lead at LantierImpianti. Here’s what happens after you call or send a message.

I speak fluent English. From the first call to the end of the job, we handle everything in English: site visit, quote, works, and explaining every document you receive.

  1. You’ll speak to me

I answer the phone myself. If I’m on site, I’ll call you back as soon as I can: before the evening or the next morning.

  2. Tell me what’s going on, in your own words

You don’t need the technical terms — that’s our job. Just tell me what you can see or what isn’t working. A photo helps if you have one.

  3. I tell you what I’d do

For a small job, we agree a day. For bigger work, I come and take a look and then send you a written quote. The site visit for a quote is free.

  4. You decide, in your own time

Calling or writing commits you to nothing. Take the time you need, and feel free to get other opinions.
