A building services firm in Segrate, since 1977
We’re a small craft firm of 3 people. We work on every building services system. The only exceptions are cold rooms, lifts and lifting equipment.
We speak English
I speak fluent English. From the first call to the end of the job, we handle everything in English: site visit, quote, works, and explaining every document you receive.
Our story, briefly
The business began in 1977, started by a former partner.
In 2006 LantierImpianti was set up as a sole trader business, owned by Daniele Lantieri — and the logo we still use was born with it. The story is on our mark.
LantierImpianti SNC was formed on 13 December 2007 and began trading on 1 January 2008, carrying on the original business.
Daniele Lantieri has been owner of LantierImpianti since 2006 and managing partner of the partnership since 2007, and is also its technical lead.

Design and responsibility
Daniele Lantieri is the company’s technical lead for electrical, electronic, heating, water, gas and fire protection systems. Below the thresholds set by art. 5(2) of Ministerial Decree 37/2008, we draw up the design ourselves. Above them, it is signed by a registered professional engineer we work with.
Beyond Milan, too
Most of our work is within 30 km of Segrate. For special projects, clients who know us have asked us to travel further: for maintenance, renovations and KNX bus work.
