Emergency service, 24 hours a day

A flood, the power gone in your shop, a fault that can’t wait: we’re on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for genuine emergencies only.

What to do in an emergency

  1. Make it safe

If there’s water, turn off the main stopcock. If you smell gas, turn off the meter, open the windows and call the gas network’s emergency number.

  2. Call us

    Ring +39 335 576 7738: Daniele answers.

  3. Tell us what you can see

Where, since when, and what you’ve already done. A photo helps.

  4. We tell you when, and how much

We’ll be honest about when we can get there. We tell you the cost before we set off. For genuine emergencies we’re on call 24 hours a day, and we come out as soon as we can.

Who it’s for

Homes, shops and residential buildings in our area. For clients on a maintenance contract we already have the history of the systems, which saves time.

The emergency number is for genuine emergencies. For anything else, call us during office hours and we’ll take the time to help. Monday to Friday 8:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00; Saturday 8:00–12:00; closed on Sunday

What happens when you get in touch

I’m Daniele Lantieri, managing partner and technical lead at LantierImpianti. Here’s what happens after you call or send a message.

I speak fluent English. From the first call to the end of the job, we handle everything in English: site visit, quote, works, and explaining every document you receive.

  1. You’ll speak to me

I answer the phone myself. If I’m on site, I’ll call you back as soon as I can: before the evening or the next morning.

  2. Tell me what’s going on, in your own words

You don’t need the technical terms — that’s our job. Just tell me what you can see or what isn’t working. A photo helps if you have one.

  3. I tell you what I’d do

For a small job, we agree a day. For bigger work, I come and take a look and then send you a written quote. The site visit for a quote is free.

  4. You decide, in your own time

Calling or writing commits you to nothing. Take the time you need, and feel free to get other opinions.
