What data we process

Data you provide through the contact form: full name, email or phone, town or area (optional) and your message; also your choice on the newsletter checkbox, with the date and time you sent the form.

Data you provide when contacting us directly by phone, email, WhatsApp or Telegram.

Technical browsing data logged by the hosting provider’s systems (for example IP address and time of the request), required for the website to work securely.

Purposes and legal basis

Replying to your requests for information, a site visit or a quote, when you use the form or write to us or call us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram: processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request and, if you become a client, to perform the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Complying with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting obligations, if you become a client (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Newsletters and promotional emails from LantierImpianti: only if you have given specific consent, through the separate dedicated checkbox in the form, which is never ticked in advance (art. 6.1.a GDPR). Consent is optional, does not affect our reply to your request and you can withdraw it at any time, at no cost, by writing to daniele@lantierimpianti.it or using the unsubscribe link in every message.

How form data reaches us

The form on this site does not go through third-party services: it sends the data to a program hosted on our own hosting, which forwards it by email to our mailbox on the domain. It does not store the data in a database or in files on the server: the email is the only copy.

The email also records proof of your newsletter choice: yes or no, the date and time you sent the form, the exact wording of the checkbox and the language of the page.

The form uses a hidden anti-spam field: it only serves to tell automated submissions apart and collects no data about you.

WhatsApp and Telegram

The WhatsApp and Telegram buttons are plain links: until you open them, those services receive nothing. If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram, the content of the conversation passes through the servers of those providers, which process it under their own privacy notices; those services may process data outside the European Union too.

Retention

Request data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and to follow up on the contacts arising from it; if you become a client, for the periods required by tax, accounting and warranty law.

Data processed for newsletters and promotional emails is kept until you withdraw your consent; proof of consent, for as long as needed to demonstrate it.

Recipients

Data is not disclosed to the public. It may be processed by Aruba S.p.A., the provider of the hosting and of the domain email, and by advisers assisting us with administrative and accounting obligations. We do not pass it on to third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing (arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to daniele@lantierimpianti.it. You can withdraw your newsletter consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it (opens in a new tab)).

Cookies

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and loads no external services (maps, videos, fonts from other sites).
