Repairing an old intercom system
An intercom system with many years of service. We repaired it, from the outdoor push-button panel to the power supplies.

An old-generation telephone dialler, with a tape mechanism and keypad. We replaced it.

In a boiler-room control panel we repaired and recalibrated the controls that run the pumps and temperatures.

Plumbing
Second fix at the end of a renovation
At the end of a renovation we fitted the appliances: sanitaryware, showers, towel rails, electrical accessories and light fittings.
Replacing a submersible pump in a well
A submersible pump down a well. We lifted it out with a crane truck, pipe by pipe, and replaced it.
Laying the services pipework in a renovation
On a renovation site we laid the water and waste pipes and the electrical conduit, before the floor screeds.

In a renovation we prepared and laid the waste pipes on the floor slab before the strengthening screed was poured.
Relaying an exposed drain pipe
A drain pipe runs exposed along the ceiling of a basement. We relaid it along its whole route.
Servicing a backflow preventer
A backflow preventer stops water flowing back into the mains. We opened it up, cleaned it and reassembled it.
Finishing details in a bathroom refit
In a bathroom refit we took care of the details: shower tray, towel rail and exposed fittings.
Servicing and repairing a booster pump set
A water pressure booster system, with tanks, pumps and pressure switches. We checked and repaired it.
Installing a boiler room in a tight space
A boiler room under the roof: boiler, cylinders, expansion vessels and manifolds, fitted into the space available.

The pipes under the floor had corroded. We opened up the floor, took out the old pipes and laid new ones.

A buried sewer pipe had broken. We dug it out and relaid it in welded polyethylene.

A bath with a decorated front panel, in an Art Nouveau bathroom. We restored it in place.

Refitting a home’s boiler room in a tight space
The boiler room of a detached house, refitted in a small space: boiler, expansion vessels, pumps and control panel.

Servicing an air-conditioning chiller
An outdoor chiller – the machine that makes chilled water for the air conditioning – with its buffer tank. We checked and serviced it.

An air-conditioning unit on the roof of a commercial building. We repaired it on site.
Fire protection
Replacing a rusted fire pump inlet
The fire pump inlet on a fire main had rusted through. We took it out and fitted a new assembly.
Replacing a worn-out fire hydrant
A fire hydrant had deteriorated. We disconnected it from the main and replaced it with a new one, set on a concrete base.
KNX and home automation
Preparing a KNX installation linked to the alarm system
A KNX electrical installation prepared to work with the alarm system.
