For managers, owners and tenants

Condominiums and rented property: systems looked after over time, with the paperwork in order.

We work for people who manage an apartment block or rented property, for the people who live there and for those who work there. Each needs something different: here’s how we help.

Building managers

You need someone who picks up the phone, quotes the residents can follow, and work that doesn’t leave the building without water or power any longer than necessary.

The building systems we look after

We look after every building services system in the block, with the sole exceptions of lifts, lifting equipment and cold rooms. In practice:

Property managers

Buildings or flats belonging to one owner and let to tenants: systems that have to work for the people living there and stay in good order over time.

The systems in rented property

In rented buildings and flats we look after every building services system, with the sole exceptions of lifts, lifting equipment and cold rooms. In practice:

Flat owners in a condominium

You own a flat in an apartment block and want work done in your home.

Tenants, households and businesses

You live or work in a rented property and something has broken.

What happens when you get in touch

I’m Daniele Lantieri, managing partner and technical lead at LantierImpianti. Here’s what happens after you call or send a message.

I speak fluent English. From the first call to the end of the job, we handle everything in English: site visit, quote, works, and explaining every document you receive.

  1. You’ll speak to me

I answer the phone myself. If I’m on site, I’ll call you back as soon as I can: before the evening or the next morning.

  2. Tell me what’s going on, in your own words

You don’t need the technical terms — that’s our job. Just tell me what you can see or what isn’t working. A photo helps if you have one.

  3. I tell you what I’d do

For a small job, we agree a day. For bigger work, I come and take a look and then send you a written quote. The site visit for a quote is free.

  4. You decide, in your own time

Calling or writing commits you to nothing. Take the time you need, and feel free to get other opinions.
