For shops and facilities managers
Your shop needs to stay open. We keep its systems running.
Planned maintenance, repairs and emergency call-outs for shops and commercial spaces, with written reports, photos and video for whoever manages the property.
We speak English
I speak fluent English. From the first call to the end of the job, we handle everything in English: site visit, quote, works, and explaining every document you receive.
What shop managers ask us for
Work done outside opening hours. Clear timings. A written account of every visit to pass on to head office or the landlord.
We have looked after commercial spaces in Milan for years, including in the fashion district. We work discreetly, and our clients’ names stay confidential.
How we help
Planned maintenance
Regular checks on air conditioning, plumbing and electrics, scheduled around the shop’s calendar.
Detailed reports
After every visit, a written report with photos and video: what we found, what we did and what we recommend.
24/7 emergencies
For faults that stop you trading we’re on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for genuine emergencies only. See our emergency service.
Out of hours
Noisy work, or anything that means switching the power off, is scheduled outside opening hours, around what the shop needs.
Beyond Milan, too
For some clients we have carried out maintenance and specialist work in other regions and abroad. We do it when continuity matters and they want people who already know the systems.
Safety
Safety paperwork for work in your shop, waste disposed of properly. See health and safety.

What happens when you get in touch
I’m Daniele Lantieri, managing partner and technical lead at LantierImpianti. Here’s what happens after you call or send a message.
I speak fluent English. From the first call to the end of the job, we handle everything in English: site visit, quote, works, and explaining every document you receive.
You’ll speak to me
I answer the phone myself. If I’m on site, I’ll call you back as soon as I can: before the evening or the next morning.
Tell me what’s going on, in your own words
You don’t need the technical terms — that’s our job. Just tell me what you can see or what isn’t working. A photo helps if you have one.
I tell you what I’d do
For a small job, we agree a day. For bigger work, I come and take a look and then send you a written quote. The site visit for a quote is free.
You decide, in your own time
Calling or writing commits you to nothing. Take the time you need, and feel free to get other opinions.
