Renovating your home
Renovating? We’ll take care of every system in the house.
Electrics, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and home automation: one point of contact, one schedule, and a declaration of conformity for every system.
We speak English
I speak fluent English. From the first call to the end of the job, we handle everything in English: site visit, quote, works, and explaining every document you receive.
What people usually ask us for
“I don’t want to juggle five different contractors.” “I want a home that’s easy to live in, ten years from now as well.” “I need someone who can talk to my architect and the builders.”
That’s what we hear most from people renovating. Our answer is a way of working: we take on all the building services and coordinate with everyone else on site.
How we run a renovation
Site visit and a proper conversation
We look at the property as it is and listen to how you want to live in it: the rooms, your routines, what annoys you today.
A written proposal
You get a proposal for each system, with every choice explained in plain English. Daniele Lantieri is the company’s technical lead for electrical, electronic, heating, water, gas and fire protection systems. Below the thresholds set by art. 5(2) of Ministerial Decree 37/2008, we draw up the design ourselves. Above them, it is signed by a registered professional engineer we work with.
A coordinated site
We agree timings with the builders and your consultants. Everyone is responsible for their own work; we’re responsible for the building services.
Testing and handover
We test everything with you, show you how it all works and hand over the declarations of conformity and up-to-date drawings.
What you end up with
Systems planned together
Consumer unit, pipework, air conditioning and home automation go in an order that lets them live together — no chasing walls twice.
KNX home automation, if you want it
Lighting, blinds, heating and cooling and scenes on one open system, which you can also run from an app. See KNX.
Paperwork in order
Declarations of conformity, drawings and maintenance notes: everything you need to sell, let or insure the property.
With KNX, the files are yours
A working system, explained to you, the declaration of conformity and every project file, including the ETS project. They’re yours to keep: if one day you want to use another installer, you can.
Someone who stays
After handover we can keep looking after your systems with regular maintenance, if you’d like.
Beyond Milan, too
Most of our work is within 30 km of Segrate. For special projects, clients who know us have also asked us to work in other cities, in Italy and abroad.
Cannes · Munich · Alassio · Serravalle Scrivia · Settimo Torinese · Noventa di Piave · Venice · Madonna di Campiglio · Cortina d’Ampezzo · Parma
Frequently asked questions
- Will you work with the builders I’ve already chosen?
- Yes. We coordinate timings and sequencing with the builders and the site manager. Everyone is responsible for their own work.
- Can I renovate just some of the systems?
- Of course. We’ll look at what’s worth replacing now and what can stay, and put it in writing.

What happens when you get in touch
I’m Daniele Lantieri, managing partner and technical lead at LantierImpianti. Here’s what happens after you call or send a message.
I speak fluent English. From the first call to the end of the job, we handle everything in English: site visit, quote, works, and explaining every document you receive.
You’ll speak to me
I answer the phone myself. If I’m on site, I’ll call you back as soon as I can: before the evening or the next morning.
Tell me what’s going on, in your own words
You don’t need the technical terms — that’s our job. Just tell me what you can see or what isn’t working. A photo helps if you have one.
I tell you what I’d do
For a small job, we agree a day. For bigger work, I come and take a look and then send you a written quote. The site visit for a quote is free.
You decide, in your own time
Calling or writing commits you to nothing. Take the time you need, and feel free to get other opinions.
