For workshops and factories
Industry and workshops: every system, compressed air included.
For workshops and factories we look after every building services system, just as we do for our other clients, plus compressed air. The only exceptions are lifts, lifting equipment and cold rooms.
What we look after in workshops and factories
- industrial electrical systems: distribution boards, power distribution, motive power, lighting for sheds and yards;
- compressed air: pipework, take-off points, compressors;
- heating and air conditioning for sheds and offices;
- plumbing and gas;
- fire protection: detection and suppression, with routine maintenance carried out together with Unitalia;
- intruder alarms;
- structured cabling and server rooms;
- KNX and supervision;
- planned maintenance, with written reports, photos and video, and a 24-hour emergency service for genuine emergencies.
How we work with businesses
Without stopping production
Work that means switching off power or air is scheduled for when it gets in the way least.
A report for every job
After every visit, a written report with photos and video: what we found, what we did and what we recommend.
Confidentiality
We never publish names, locations or photos of our clients’ installations.
Safety
Safety documentation for work on your premises, electrical work under the PES/PAV qualification. See health and safety.

What happens when you get in touch
I’m Daniele Lantieri, managing partner and technical lead at LantierImpianti. Here’s what happens after you call or send a message.
I speak fluent English. From the first call to the end of the job, we handle everything in English: site visit, quote, works, and explaining every document you receive.
You’ll speak to me
I answer the phone myself. If I’m on site, I’ll call you back as soon as I can: before the evening or the next morning.
Tell me what’s going on, in your own words
You don’t need the technical terms — that’s our job. Just tell me what you can see or what isn’t working. A photo helps if you have one.
I tell you what I’d do
For a small job, we agree a day. For bigger work, I come and take a look and then send you a written quote. The site visit for a quote is free.
You decide, in your own time
Calling or writing commits you to nothing. Take the time you need, and feel free to get other opinions.
