A boiler-room control system with many years behind it. We repaired and recalibrated it rather than replacing it.

What needed doing

The boiler-room controls were very old: the mixing-valve actuators and the controller needed checking and bringing back into service.

What we did

We checked the valve actuators, redid the connections in the terminal boxes and recalibrated the controller for the flow pumps.

The result

The existing controls work again and are calibrated, without replacing the system.
